Tight V-Seal Window and Door Seal (EMV)

Our Tight V-Seal Door and Window Seal (EMV) is different to others available on the market, as it can easily draught proof a range of gaps around most external doors and windows. Most doors, especially over time, suffer from inconsistent gaps from top to bottom, and this can cause problems of the door not closing properly with conventional seals.  This seal folds over and adjusts to the uneven gaps providing a trouble-free solution once installed but also over time, should not effect the door from closing or opening.

Also performs amazingly well for acoustic attenuation for outdoor noise coming through your door.

Steps for your door or window: (please remove any previously applied door seal product prior to using the Efficiency Window & Door Seal)

Benefits:

  • Acoustic Attenuation Testing conducted by CSIRO At least a 5db improvement.  The Cheapest high performing door seals available.
  • Easy to apply with 4 steps.  Apply and then fold over the flap
  • Helps reduce your energy bills for heating & cooling your home
  • Seals a range of gaps around most windows and doors (gaps ranging between 2mm - 10mm).
  • Get 20 metres or 50 metres, as opposed to just 5 metres, which in some cases won't even cover one wider-than-normal door.
  • 3M quality adhesion
  • Relatively cheap compared to other products on the market
  • Can also help reduce dust, pollen, smoke, fumes and excess noise entering your home

Weather proofed a135 Year old rental

I saw this product being shown by someone on TikTok and it looked like exactly what I needed. I’m renting a 135yr old miners cottage, doors have all different sized gaps and have tried the foam stuff and it just doesn’t stay or you need to use different sizes for the range of gaps.
This arrived to regional NSW in under 3 business days and was easy to install. I did use another companies YouTube video for some extra clarification.
The doors now feel like they seal like a fridge and there is no cold air coming through at all.

Very effective

This product is so much better than the draft stoppers from Bunnings. Wish I had started using it years ago.

Was skeptical but

I've tried other stuff from Bunnings that didn't really work. So I was skeptical at first but wow this works as advertised. Immediately can tell the difference between taped and un taped sections as I was installing it on the double door.

Great seals, but didn’t quite understand the instructions

I confess I’m the least handy person. But after studying the instructions on the website and watching the YouTube videos numerous times, I was still perplexed when it came to the doors in real life - opening inwards, outwards etc. After recruiting a friend to help, I’m pretty sure we’ve installed some incorrectly. BUT hey, the draughts from around the doors have been cut down significantly. Imagine the results if we’d installed all correctly!
