ProctorPassive Connect - for building Air Tightness

ProctorPassive Connect is a flexible Air Tight Connection and Jointing Membrane to enable simple and continuous air & weather-tight sealing between external vapour-permeable (Class 4) and/or internal vapour control building wraps. 

Benefits:

• Creates an air tight & weather-tight transition between external &/or internal wall wraps - to improve the energy efficiency of the building
• Designed for long-term exposure during construction with high UV durability but must not be left exposed for longer than 4 months.
• Can also be used on the internal face of a stud wall, located where an internal wall will connect, leaving an overlap of material for sealing to and internal air control layer
• Manufactured with a polyester non-woven textile coated on both sides with vapour permeable monolithic polyurethane which can easily be taped or adhered to.
• Highly tear resistant
• Temperature Resistance -40 / +100 ºC
